Our mission is to bring routes toward low-cost, attainable homes for average to low income earners with a focus on overall well-being for individuals and families. We Leverage the benefits of land recycling, shared equity and sustainable living designs to reduce housing insecurity while increasing access to basic needs.
LilyPads began as a transitional housing and anti-poverty initiative supporting individuals experiencing homelessness and housing instability. Through frontline experience, it became clear that rising housing costs and increasing demand were outpacing existing support systems. In response, LilyPads has evolved into a preventative housing focused on helping individuals and families before they reach crisis, addressing the root causes of housing insecurity and build pathways to long-term stability.
